How much does the system cost ?
The Esio Beverage System is FREE with your purchase of just 2 boxes of delicious Esio Beverage Products and delivery service from our network of dealers. You’ll save between 15%-33% on all of the Esio Beverage Products over your grocery store purchases. Each Esio-Pak will produce between 14-18 cups/glasses of beverage, and are packaged in boxes of three. Each 3-Pak box will produce 42-54 cups/glasses of beverage. This makes the price very affordable at between .26 - .30 cents per cup/glass, depending on the beverage product. Please see our “Products” section on our website for more details.
Just complete the “order” form at our website and one of our dealers in your area will contact you to give you all the details, terms and conditions.

What kinds of products can I get delivered and when will they be delivered?
Our Home & Office delivery service offers a variety of natural water and Esio Beverage products to fit your lifestyle. Your water and Esio products will be delivered together every 2-4 weeks depending on your local route.

How will I know when to expect my delivery?
You'll receive a printed delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming deliveries. You can access your up-to-date delivery schedule online at any time at many of our dealers. If your delivery day falls on a holiday, it will automatically be corrected on your schedule.

Can I change the number of bottles I receive per delivery?

What if I need more water between deliveries?
You will be billed an additional charge for deliveries of water between scheduled delivery dates. You may call at any time to have additional water bottles or Esio products added to your regular delivery. If you need to skip a delivery entirely, you will still be billed the normal monthly fee.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up, pick up, or repair the Esio Beverage System at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive normal deliveries. Just leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery and your Esio products.

What do I do with my empty bottles?
Every delivery, we'll pick up your empty bottles; just leave them at a prearranged location.

Are any of your larger containers reused? How do you ensure that they're properly cleaned before reuse?
In an effort to reduce waste and care for our environment, we reuse our 3and 5 gallon containers. Our dealers recycle these bottles in their home and office delivery business, using extensive cleaning, inspection, and sanitation procedures.

My Esio dispenser is not working properly, what should I do?
If you think your dispenser is not working as it should, please speak with a Customer Service Representative from our local dealer. They will be happy to assist you in identifying the problem and suggesting a solution. If our Beverage System needs repair, we will do so at no charge to you unless it has been intentionally damaged.
